A Plus Service Options

We service heat pumps and furnacesA+ Mechanical Services has a preventative maintenance plan that will meet your needs. Whether you require a basic or comprehensive service plan you receive peace of mind knowing that we assume responsibility for all maintainable components of your system. Our basic plans cover only the components you choose. However, more comprehensive plans are available that can cover complete systems. Each plan lasts for a one year term, unless you take advantage of our long term solutions by choosing an agreement that lasts 2 or 3 years. Plan AC-1: Full year parts and labor warranty on our installed equipmentWe maintain and troubleshoot heating and cooling problems

  • Clean and Inspect: 1 (one) AC Cleaning and Inspection and 1(one) Furnace Cleaning and Inspection per year.
  • Parts Replacement: Replacement or repair of parts listed below at no additional cost.
  • Labor Warranty: Prompt priority emergency service for one full year at no added cost
    • (Emergency service is defined as NO HEAT*** or NO A/C***

Covered Parts: Gas valves, standard thermostat, pilot controls, transformer, high or low pressure control, fan relay, fan controls, starting relay, capacitors, ignitors, ignitions control, and limit controls.

Plan AC-2: Full year labor warranty

  • Clean and Inspect: 1 (one) AC Cleaning and Inspection and 1(one) Furnace Cleaning and Inspection per year.
  • Labor Warranty: Prompt priority emergency service for one full year at no added cost
